Unzip the archive and place it in a separate folder where you’ll run it.
All other information is in text files; don’t forget to read them. Portable version 7997.

Does not require installation of libraries on the system. Leaves no traces in the system or registry. Runs in the system language.

Change the language: Edit\Settings\Interface\Interface Language: OK.
Since the program runs with administrator rights, drag and drop does not work, use “Open with…” or “File”\”Open…” or drag and drop the image onto PhotoshopPortable.exe or onto the PhotoshopPortable.exe shortcut.
To add an entry to the hosts file, copy the hosts.txt file from the Photoshop\App\hosts folder to the App folder.
The App folder looks like this:

When PhotoshopPortable.exe starts, an entry will be added to the hosts file. This entry will be removed when it exits.
A shortcut to the etc. folder has been added to view the hosts file. If necessary, edit or create your own hosts.txt file.
This file was copied from mOnkrus. If blocking hosts is not necessary, the hosts.txt file should not
exist. Do not add hosts unless absolutely necessary.
